After a few years of dating, actors Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani have reportedly made the decision to tie the knot in February of this year. According to a source speaking to Hindustan Times, the couple is set to exchange vows on February 22 in Goa. The source emphasized the couple's desire for privacy, stating, "Rakul and Jackky are getting married in Goa on February 22. They are being very discreet about it, as they want to keep the affair very intimate." The source added, "They are both private individuals and wish to maintain the privacy of their wedding as well." Currently, the couple is taking a break before diving into wedding preparations, with Jackky enjoying his bachelor party in Bangkok, Thailand, while Rakul is also in Thailand, enjoying a break.
The couple officially announced their relationship on Instagram in October 2021. Earlier this year, Rakul Preet Singh received a heartfelt birthday wish from Jackky Bhagnani. Jackky shared a reel showcasing moments from their time together, including vacation memories, dinner dates, red carpet appearances, and on-stage performances. In a special note accompanying the post, Jackky expressed his admiration for Rakul, describing her as his confidant, partner-in-crime, and the one who fills his life with love and laughter. Rakul responded to the post with gratitude, writing, "Awwwwww!!! So much you typed!! That makes me feel whatttte a wow!!! Thank youuuuu my" and added a heart emoji.
Rakul Preet Singh shared her perspective on making her relationship with Jackky public during an interview with Film Companion, stating, "We're both of the opinion that there is nothing to hide or be sly about in a relationship. If you are in one, the best thing is to give each other that respect and acknowledge it. Let's face it. We all know who the couples are, hiding and running. Both of us don't come from that school of thought."
